Yesterday, it was a BEAUTIFUL, yet extremely cold day in the city. Matt and I ventured out in our long johns (and janes), gloves, hats, earmuffs, jackets, and boots, to do some sightseeing. We visited the National Archives, as well as the National Christmas Tree!
This past week, I won tickets off the radio to see Zoolights at the National Zoo last night, so we did that too.
Since I won 4 tickets, we offered our extra two tickets to a random couple at the event, and they were very grateful for our kind gesture. I love the feeling of giving!! :) Tis the season!!
