10-Month Update/Andrew's First Halloween

It just so happens that Andrew's 10-month 'birthday' falls on Halloween, as well as his Pappap's birthday!  What a special day all around!  Since most babies don't go to the pediatrician between 9 and 12 months, we don't have any height/weight stats to provide this time.  However, due to his previous weight challenges, we will be going in next week for a weight check, and I will provide an update then.  He is getting bigger though, we are sure!  He just started eating small pieces of grown up food (bananas, pears, pasta, ground beef, etc.) and feeding it to himself!

That video is from my phone, hence the size and poor quality.

Just last week his second tooth finally came in next to his first one on the bottom.  He is a champ at pulling himself to standing and we are happy we lowered the crib a few months back, because he loves to stand inside the crib nowadays.

The cities around Dayton do things differently regarding trick-or-treating.  The usually have the different cities do it different nights so kids can trick-or-treat multiple nights in multiple cities.  I'm not the biggest fan of that, since I always went ON Halloween when I was growing up.  But nonetheless, ours was last night, which happened to be the same day we had our first SNOW here.  It was absolutely miserable weather; strong wind, a mix of rain and snow which was too wet to stick, and the temperature was no higher than 40 all day.  Grammy & Pappap got Andrew a Tigger costume and we bundled him up and went to a few houses on our cul-de-sac and they came back home to hand out candy.  We had a fun time, but had one cranky baby last night before bed!

Yes, that would be Matt in there - Andrew wasn't scared!

Looking for Trick-or-Treaters!

Just being cute!
A video from yesterday's events (those are are awesome friends/neighbors Stacey & John - Andrew got Gerber Puffs, and Daddy even got some KitKats!).
